In an effort to back up our Mission Statement this site was created. We encourage you to use this site to find out about upcoming events, access franchisee members, create round table discussions based on our various committee updates and inform your franchisee family of happenings within your store and/or family. This site is for you and about you.

Our Mission

In Conjunction with the articles of the Association and the bylaws of the Association, the following mission statement is hereby adopted by the Board of Trustees as a guide for the Association.

The Board shall strive to implement the following:

Develop a singular sense of direction for the association as a whole.

Coordinate the goals in common with both the Association and the KFC Corporation.

Continuously improve the KFC image.

Provide an open platform for communication of members and their business.

Provide national and local committee representatives with instructions dictated by the consensus of the membership.

About our Region

Southern California is one of the seven regions with in the United States. It is the smallest region because as our name implies our region covers only Southern California, from about Bakersfield to San Diego.

(All other regions cover several states. )

We have about 60 Franchisee members with almost 200 stores combined. Our Franchisee family is made up of many one or two store operators that personally work in their stores. In addition we're supported by our multi unit franchisee members that often take the lead in training within our KFC community.
